Do you Twitter?

Those are becoming the new words we all get asked more often lately. And if you do, did you know that you can follow and send messages to many of your favorite VH1 reality stars on Twitter?

So that you can get a good feel for which reality stars are using Twitter already, here’s a partial list. I say that it’s partial because I dond’t pretend to know every single one of the VH1 stars using Twitter, but these are the ones I’ve tracked down so far:

We’ve gotten to know Brigitte Nielsen in a couple of VH1 reality shows. She was a true party girl in Surreal Life and then she got sober in Celebrity Rehab. She vowed to stay sober for her kids, her husband and for herself.

This snapshot that was taken of her and her hunky husband Mattia Dessi seems to be proof that she’s doing well. They walked along holding hands and had lunch at Le Petit Four Restaurant in the Sunset Plaza yesterday in West Hollywood. They have been married since 2006.

Is anyone else with me when I say that this dress is definitely over the top? This photo of Chyna Laurer was taken when she attended the premiere of the movie The Wrestler. You may remember her from the first season of Celebrity Rehab and from The Surreal Life, both on VH1.

VH1 reality TV veteran, Bridgett Neilson was photographed out and about recently with her hunky younger husband. She, of course was on Surreal Life and Celebrity Rehab and seems to be quite happy these days.

Joanie Laurer, aka Chyna Doll, was at this year’s Really Awards and sparkled, all in silver. She was last on VH1’s season 1 of Celebrity Rehab.

VH1 reality star Traci Bingham seemed to really enjoy greeting the executive producer and judge of So You Think You Can Dance, Nigel Lythgoe at the FOX Reality Channel’s Really Awards. Aren’t they an unlikely pair?

According to topmodelgossip.com Adrienne Curry has signed up to be a judge on an upcoming reality show whose winner will receive their own reality show. The tentative title of this game show is Gimme My Reality Show. She’ll be joining fellow judges veteran reality producer Scott Sternberg; and Daily Variety TV editor Michael Schneider on the show.

The show will feature such contestants as Gretchin Bonaduce from Breaking Bonaduce, Santino Rice from Project Runway, Ryan Starr from The Surreal Life & American Idol, Surreal Life winner Traci Bingham, and infamous house guest Kato Kaelin.

The contestants will be competing to see which one is more worthy of having a reality show. The winner’s reality show will feature their daily activities no matter how boring or exciting they may be. The winner will be chosen by votes from viewers, so Curry will not have the final say on who will win their own reality show. However, seeing as she has been on more than three reality shows herself, she probably has some good advice to give on how to act to get viewers watching.

It’s just unfortunate that we viewers will not have a better selection of contestants. (Kato Kaelin??) I honestly think Santino could pull off his own reality show (unless he is just going to rely on his Tim Gunn impression the whole time) but the others may not be as interesting. And where are my favorite Goth couple, Kynt & Vyxsin from The Amazing Race? I think they should get a reality show! But then, they never ask me…

Anyone who watched Surreal Life on VH1 remembers Verne Troyer. He’s also been in a number of movies too.

Well, now he’s in yet another movie with Mike Meyers called The Love Guru. He went on the Today Show Plaza this week to talk about the new movie. Check it out:

We already know that Dr. Drew Pinsky will lead a group of celebrities through rehab on the new reality series, Celebrity Rehab, but we haven’t been told much yet about which celebrities will be taking part in the show. Well, I found the list and here it is:

• Former model/actress Brigitte Neilsen (veteran of The Surreal Life)
• Former wrestling star Chyna Laurer (also from The Surreal Life)
• Actor Daniel Baldwin
• Actor Jeff Conaway
• Former American Idol finalist Jessica Sierra
• Porn star Mary Carey

• Mixed martial arts fighter Ricco Rodriguez
• Former Family Matters child star turned porn star Jaimee Foxworth

Celebrity Rehab will premiere January 10th at 10 pm on VH1.

We’ve come to the end of another year of VH1 reality TV and it’s been a very eventful one, to be sure. Reality TV on VH1 has endured one shock after another. I’ve been thinking about my favorite and most frustrating moments in VH1 reality TV this year and thought that this might be the best time to share them with you. After all, we are about to start another new year of crazy reality moments.

• Danny Bonaduce put that creep, Jonny Fairplay in his place and in the ER at the Reality Awards ceremony
• New York chose Tango to be her man, only to be dumped by him on the reunion show
• New York then chose Tailor Made to be her man. We don’t know what will happen on the second season’s reunion show…
• To me, it was shocking that the entire season of Rock of Love with Bret Michaels was even on TV. What a trashy program that is… (sorry, folks, just my opinion…)
• Dustin Diamond managed to clear the room with his crazy antics (several times) on Celebrity Fit Club
• Larissa hid the picture of Leilene’s deceased mother and blamed it on Schatar to get her eliminated on Charm School
• I loved it when Hulk Hogan’s family dressed him up in new clothes and put wigs on him in the “makeover” episode of Hogan Knows Best
• And there was the memorable tantrum our man Vanilla Ice threw before he left Surreal Life: Fame Game. That was a classic!

And these are just the most obvious ones. There were so many memorable moments in VH1 reality TV during 2007, it’s hard to narrow it to just a few.
