The winner of season 1 of Glam God was Indashio. And the paparazzi caught some pictures of him recently looking extremely happy as he kicks up his heels. He was a very interesting character on the show, but I was surprised and disappointed that Tigerlily didn’t win…just my opinion.

Reality Star interviewer extraordinaire, Albert Lawrence sent me the tip about these terrific red carpet interviews from this year’s FOX Reality Channel Really Awards. The first clip is the Glam God herself, Vivica A. Fox talking about why she got involved in reality TV and there’s even some impromtu dancing…

And here, Albert talks to Jerry Springer about his craziest TV moments. Jerry has a lot of reality TV experience; hosting America’s Got Talent, his VH1 series The Springer Hustle and his season on Dancing With the Stars. I just love when he apologizes for his talk show and comments that he hopes that hell is not that hot…

Get ready for The Cho Show & Glam God With Vivica A. Fox. Both new reality shows will premiere on this Thursday, August 21 and promise to bring us all new fun.

Glam God With Vivica A. Fox

First to premiere will be Vivica A. Fox’s new reality show Glam God. She’ll be bringing her own celebrity style in a new competition show “ripped from the pages of the fashion magazines.” The new series, premiering on Thursday, August 21 at 10/9c PM, searches for the next great celebrity stylist who has what it takes to become the stylist to the stars.

Each week the “stylista” contestants will be asked to compete in various challenges that will test their knowledge of fashion and style trends as they create the perfect look from head to toe. The one stylist that manages to rise above the rest will be given the ultimate reward: the chance to launch a career by styling a celebrity and being awarded $100,000.

The Cho Show

Next up will be the premiere of The Cho show, starring comedian Margaret Cho when it premieres at 11/10c PM. The show will follow Margaret Cho and her eccentric entourage as she fights to be herself in an industry that in the past wanted her to be something different. Couldthis be the VH1 answer to Kathy Griffin’s My Life on the D-List? (Both are gay icon comedians, both have been labeled controversial for various reasons and both will have their own reality show chronicalling their not-so-ordinary lives.)

I, for one, am really looking forward to this one. In it, the Cho family will be joined by her assistant Selene Luna and her “Glam Squad:” John Stapleton (make-up,) John Blaine (hair stylist,) and Charlie Altuna (wardrobe) who help her keep it together from head to toe.
