There’s a hot new compilation CD that’s going to be released on June 30 called NOW That’s What I Call Music! 31 I have to admit that I don’t always have any interest in compilation CDs because they are someone else’s idea of what songs are hot.

But if you take a look at the track listing for this one, it’s incredible!!

Of course, the Black Eyed Peas’ hit Boom Boom Pow tops the list along with Lady Ga-Ga’s Poker Face and Flo-Rida’s Right Round…the list of tracks is fantastic!

The nominees for the 2nd annual A-List Awards have been announced. The awards air on Bravo and are hosted by self-proclaimed “D-List” celebrity Kathy Griffin. Last year, because the awards were so new, there were not nearly as many categories as this year. But now they seem to really be embracing the fun of the awards. (You know with Kathy as the host, they can’t be totally serious, right?)

Anyway, the wonderful news is that a number of VH1 stars and music stars have been nominated for this year’s A-List Awards. Here are the descriptions of the categories and the nominees:

This week has been a whirlwind of news from Washington DC surrounding the historical inauguration of President Barack Obama.
