Becky Buckwild Dishes About I Love Money 2
April 1, 2009 by Lynn
Becky Buckwild was a guest recently on Reality Chat with Adriana Costa and Rosanna Tavarez. They asked her about her friendship with Frank, The Entertainer. She says that moving into his parents’ basement sounds like a terrible idea! (No kidding!) But she has plans for her very own “trailer of love” if she wins the money. Check it out:
Interview with Scream Queens Winner Tanedra
December 16, 2008 by Lynn

[© 2008 VH1]
As you all may know, Tanedra won the first season of Scream Queens and a role in the next Saw movie. Here’s an excerpt of what she had to say after her win:
What’s the deal with Saw VI? When do you start shooting? What’s it about?
I haven’t heard anything yet. I heard something about pre-production starting in February or March and that it’s going to be filmed in Canada. But that’s about it. They haven’t gotten in contact with me, so I assume they’re going to do that soon, now that the show is over. We have no idea what the role will be like. I heard a rumor that the way the role was written would depend on who won. I guess they’re just waiting to see what the winner is capable of pulling off.
Are you a fan of the series?
Yeah. I’d seen the original and Saw II, but I hadn’t seen the rest until Scream Queens. I like mind-game stuff, so it’s right up my alley.
What about horror in general. You a fan?
I wouldn’t say I’m a fan. I watch them, definitely. Child’s Play is my favorite horror movie of all time. I’m not a buff. I’ve seen people online whose names and MySpaces are all horror. Definitely not that deep.
Is there a genre you prefer to work in?
I like drama, and I would love to do action. Blow me up, throw me from a plane, let me jump off a building. No sappy love stories, but definitely comedy, too. They didn’t show any of my fun side on Scream Queens. I just seemed so serious and blah on TV. I am not nearly that boring. I was telling my mother that watching me on this show is like watching paint dry. I can’t win for losing. People wonder why I’m so boring, but if I wasn’t boring, I’d be loud and obnoxious and then I’d be what? The loud ghetto girl.

VH1 Celebreality Interview with Seezinz
May 8, 2008 by Jonathan

Seezinz, the educated Flavor of Love beauty, dishes to Celebreality. She dishes on her constant run-ins with Sinceer, and the us-too attitudes of the Things. She wanted to sit and have an intelligent discussion with Flav, to find herself, again and again, pushed aside for the other women, notably Sinceer. Don’t get me wrong, her educated speech breaks down, when she uses the thinly-veiled racist word that Flav hated so much –Ghetto. She’s also keeps up with her comparison of her head size to Sinceer’s.
R-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-r-ee-ee-ee-ee-ee-o-o-o-o-o-o-ow!
See what Seezinz is up to at her MySpace page.
What do you think of Seezinz? Smart woman? Are you sad that Flav dropped her, when he did?
¡Viva Hollywood! - Watch for Daisy Fuentes!
Albert Lawrence over at FOX Reality Channel just gave me the heads-up about this interview he did with Daisy Fuentes. The great news is that she’ll be appearing in an upcoming episode of ¡Viva Hollywood! And apparently, she loves reality TV too! (I know now why I like her so much!) She gives us her take on why ¡Viva Hollywood! is truly a great reality series. She thinks its fun to watch everyone try to be the craziest! Check out the interview:
Thanks so much, Albert!
ego trip’s Miss Rap Supreme: Interview With Ego Trip
April 27, 2008 by Lynn
This week, Jesse Thorn of The Sound of Young America talked to Brent Rollins and Gabriel Alvarez of Ego Trip about their career as a collective and how they ended up making VH1 shows. I’ve included the audio for the interview where they talk about the fact that they produce coffee table and bathroom books, along with their magazine, Ego Trip. They say that they have done it all to work their way to their own line of hamburgers with their own blend of herbs & spices.

Rock of Love 2: Interview With Angelique
February 3, 2008 by Lynn

Angelique, the French stripper that was just eliminated from Rock of Love 3, just did an interview with VH1. She was very open about being an exhibitionist, a stripper and a porn star. No matter what I think about Bret, I think he made the right decision by letting her go. Here’s an excerpt of what she had to say:
Do you have a particular club you strip in now?
I haven’t been back to work in about a month because I’ve been sick and busy traveling, but yeah, I work in the Spearmint Rhino in Las Vegas.
And that’s just one thing you do. You have your finger in every pot, as it were.
I’m pretty much a stripper for five years, full-ime. I also did a little bit of porn movies on the side. I did about six DVDs. But that was just for fun. I’m an exhibitionist and I wanted to have sex on camera. Everybody was so cool with me in the porn industry. I really had a good time, it was a good experience. I went on Howard Stern twice. He’s been really nice to me. Sometimes, when you go on his show, they put you down so much that you cry when you leave. But I had a lot of fun and they were cool to me.
You seem to have a lot of confidence, though. I can’t imagine anyone actually being able to make you cry. Do the haters get you down?
Oh no. Not at all. I know who I am and I’m very confident myself. It doesn’t really affect me what people say or think because I’m not going to change anytime soon for anybody.

The Salt ‘N Pepa Show: Celebreality Interview
October 14, 2007 by Lynn

Salt ‘N Pepa recently sat down to answer some questions about themselves and the new show. Here’s an excerpt:
It’s awesome to see you guys back together. How does it feel?
Salt: It feels good. It feels different. It’s a reality because it’s a learning experience this time around for both of us. I’m learning as I’m going, for the better. It’s good. New team, we’re in charge.
I found this quote from 1995 that I thought was prophetic. Salt told Mary Wilson in Interview: “There’s going to come a point in my life where I’m probably not going to want to make records anymore.” Salt, when did you start to realize that the music business wasn’t for you?
Salt: I don’t know when it started. I just got really, really tired and depressed. I had issues. I had self-esteem issues. I was severely bulimic and it was getting more and more out of control as the stress mounted, as the pace of being a superstar got more hectic. It got sour between [Pepa and I] because of other things. Miscommunication. We felt like we couldn’t express ourselves to each other. Other people got in the mix. There’s so many people in your life: managers, lawyers, record-company people. “You gotta do this. You gotta do that.” It just caught up with me. Since I was 18, Salt-N-Pepa just took off. It wasn’t a gradual thing. So this was a build up of many things as well as normalcy. I just wanted some normalcy. If I could put it in one statement, it would be that I felt like I had no control over my life. And that’s not a good feeling.

I Love New York 2: Celebreality Interview With New York
October 13, 2007 by Lynn

VH1 just published an interview with our girl, New York. Here’s a bit of what she had to say:
What was it like getting into this second season?
I was very excited, but you know at the same time I did have…not a doubt but just a tiny little hint of fear because I’m like, OK, we’ll possibly get another great group of guys and I’ll pick the wrong one. And then, I’d be reliving the whole thing with Tango again. You know like picking someone and then at the last minute, having it not work out.
