Celebrity Fit Camp - Somebody Muzzle Dustin!

by Lynn on May 4th, 2007

This episode, the Fit Clubbers went to Camp. They were supposed to work out by day, and bond by night.

cfc5_2_1.jpg

First was a demanding 3.3 mile hike through rough terrain at an altitude of over 5000 feet. They were required to use a compass to find the correct path and perform two team-building challenges along the way.

cfc5_2_2.jpg

They brought in an expert to teach the teams how to use a compass. Of course, Dustin had to be arrogant about the whole thing, saying he’d been using a compass all his life. (Someone smack him!)

cfc5_2_4.jpg

The girls aced their first team challenge by using some cheerleader skills. But then they strayed from the correct path onto a side path and got lost.

cfc5_2_5.jpg

The guys made short work of their first team challenge but then, the steep climb and the altitude got Warren out of breath and unable to keep going. The guys had to all slow down for him.

Meanwhile, Kimberley got the girls back to the right path. The teams were pretty even when they crossed paths at the summit, but the girls were slowed down by their second challenge. The guys had no trouble finishing first.

Dustin was his obnoxious self again. He said, “Everybody attributes this to working out and being healthy. I attribute it to pizza and Wisconsin cheese and beer.” (Someone gag him.)

Since the girls lost, they had to cook dinner for the men. The food actually looked pretty tasty!

cfc5_2_9.jpg

At the table, Dustin was bragging that he eats crap. Ross told him that he was concerned for him and that he wanted him to lose weight, but didn’t think he would.

cfc5_2_11.jpg

Then, while everyone was eating, Dustin had to tell them about the sex video he made a few years ago. He was telling them that some guy was threatening to put it on the internet and he was worried about his relationship with his girlfriend.

cfc5_2_12.jpg

The others were not appreciative of his talk about the tape and tried to change the subject and he got really snippy with them. What a jerk!

cfc5_2_15.jpg

Then, after dinner, Dustin told Maureen that he was close to being upset enough that he might leave the show. (I say, go ahead! He’s been given a great opportunity and he’s wasting it.)

Ross and Maureen tried to talk to him to see if they could help him calm down. But all he did was rant about how much he knows about this business after being in it for 22 years….blah, blah, blah…

Ross told him that he hoped he wouldn’t leave the show, but then Ross went outside. Maureen tried to encourage Dustin to become more a part of the group, but he just ranted some more. (I say, let him leave. the show will get better and everyone will be happier.)

Cledus went in to talk to him and he just insulted Cledus too. Dustin sure has a way of alienating people. What a jerk!

Finally, it was time for the weigh-in. Ant asked the teams to talk about the drama from the night before.

cfc5_2_17.jpg

Dustin said that his feelings were hurt because no one would listen to him. The others told Ant that they really weren’t interested in what Dustin had to say.

cfc5_2_18.jpg

So it was time for Dustin to weigh in. He actually lost 9 lbs. when his goal was to lose 5 lbs. (I wonder what he would have lost if he had eaten better?)

Dr. Smith called him out about his food journal. He told Dustin that it would be impossible for someone to eat the crap he had written in his journal that he had eaten and not exercise and to still lose 9 lbs. He told him that he wanted him to try doing the weight loss the right way. He told him that he was a heart attack waiting to happen if he kept eating like he was.

cfc5_2_19.jpg

Dustin had fleeces made up for his team. But no one was going to be that thrilled with gifts from him when he trash-talks them all the time. He just doesn’t get how he pushes people away.

cfc5_2_20.jpg

Harvey told him that his weight loss goal before the next weigh-in was 5 lbs.

The girls chose Kimberley to be their team captain and named themselves the Shady lady Bunch. The guys chose Warren and named themselves the Regulators.

cfc5_2_21.jpg

Kimberley was next to weigh in. Her goal was to lose 5 lbs. before this weigh in and she lost 9 lbs. instead.

While she was up there, she told them that she met a wonderful guy at her class reunion. So things are going very well for her these days.

cfc5_2_22.jpg

Her target weight loss before the next weigh in is 4 lbs.

cfc5_2_23.jpg

Then we got to see Ross and Warren go boxing together for exercise. Ross was wonderful. He told them all that he had been his third grade jump rope champion, but then he had trouble doing it. I guess it’s something one needs to practice…

cfc5_2_24.jpg

Ross weighed in and his goal had been 4 lbs., but he lost 15 lbs. Way to go, Ross! He said that he hadn’t been in the ones since he was eleven.

cfc5_2_25.jpg

Harvey told him that he will need to lose 4 lbs. before the next weigh in.

cfc5_2_26.jpg

Warren was next. His target was 5 lbs. He lost a total of 12 lbs. He was told to lose 4 lbs. before the next weigh in and Harvey told him good luck with Dustin.

cfc5_2_27.jpg
cfc5_2_28bjpg.jpg

Maureen went up next. Her goal had been 4 lbs. She lost 11 lbs. Maureen told the group that when she was in high school, someone told her about throwing up after eating. She did it for about 10 years. Her target for next weigh in is 4 lbs.

cfc5_2_29.jpg
cfc5_2_31.jpg

Tiffany was next and had a goal of 4 lbs. She actually lost 9 lbs. She has a target of 4 lbs. to lose before the next weigh in.

cfc5_2_32.jpg
cfc5_2_34.jpg

Cledus stepped up next. He had been expected to lose 4 lbs before this weigh in and he actually lost 12 lbs.

cfc5_2_35.jpg

Cledus went to grocery store to try to conquer his fear of going to them. Stacy went with him and helped him through it. He felt that he had accomplished a lot.

cfc5_2_37.jpg

He needs to lose 4 more lbs. before the next weigh in.

cfc5_2_38.jpg

Finally, Brat was up. Her goal was to lose 5 lbs. She lost 8 lbs. She said that her biggest problem with the program was the amount of gas she had. Brat then went off on Dustin about hi eating junk on Fit Club.

cfc5_2_39.jpg
cfc5_2_41.jpg

She was supposed to lose 5 more lbs. before the next weigh in.

The group went to the giant scales. On the way, Dustin trashed all the other contestants and had nothing good to say about any of them. He’s got his priorities all mixed up. The show is about losing weight and getting healthy. He’s just there to cause drama.

cfc5_2_45.jpg

On the scales, the girls a larger percentage of their body weight, so they won for this week.

cfc5_2_46.jpg

It looks like the next episode will be a good one. Dustin says that he is quitting the show and really walks out. Will he stay out? (We hope.) Or is it just more of his drama?

What the *bleep* is wrong with Dustin? At least Danny Baldwin had some geuine problems because of which he could be excused for his outbursts? Dustin reminds me of when I was a teenager for God’s sake –loud, obnoxous, aroogant and immature. I hope he gets booted out in the coming episodes. I hate the fact that he keeps calling Kimberly a “loser”. And what the *bleep* is he — some sideshow in a series for schookids who went and made up his own adult tape — I think he needs to be sent to the Army to shut his big mouth up. Enough!
